Renita Susan Mathew and Christina Benny, first-year PGDM students from SJIM and part of NIPM-SJIM Student Chapter had the privilege of attending the 26th HR Professionals Day event, organized by the NIPM Karnataka Chapter in collaboration with ISTD and KSAPSW.

The event featured distinguished speakers, Mr. Sunil Bhasakaran, Director at Air India Aviation Academy, and Mr. Deleep Zachariah, Managing Director of RTX India Pvt. Ltd., who shared transformative insights into emerging trends and innovative practices in their fields.

The students also networked with seasoned professionals, gaining valuable connections and deeper insights into the HR field. This enriching experience underscores SJIM’s commitment to equipping students with opportunities to engage with industry leaders and broaden their horizons. Recently, NIPM opened its Student Chapter at St Joseph’s Institute of Management, (SJIM) Bangalore. The event took place on 25th January 2025.
