The 71st republic day was celebrated on 26th January, 2020 at St. Joseph's Institute of Management. The Chief Guest for the event was Retd. Col. George Mathew. The event commenced with the flag hoisting and national anthem bringing daily life to a halt as the students and faculty members sang in unison. Rev. Fr. Manoj D'Souza S.J. gave a moving speech followed by the Chief Guest's, regaling a tale of bravery and courage of His Mentor in the Army. The event was concluded with a photo session and light breakfast.
