Mr. Kesavamurthi has a BE (electronics) and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. He has executed more than 200 market research and techno economic feasibility assessment projects for corporates in India and abroad; recruited more than 3000 job seekers for corporates in engineering, textile and service industries spread across South India; conducted more than 100 soft skills training programs for executives of corporates; lectured on management topics and conducted motivational and placement workshops for more than 100 educational institutions; educational guidance for more than 2000 students on higher education, job, scholarship, preparation for competitive exams, and so on. Corporates that he has served include EID Parry Ltd, HPCL, BPCL, Coca Cola, Sugar Corportion of Uganda Ltd, Tanstia FNF Service Centre, Bajaj Finance, Punjab National bank, Rubfila International, Texmo Industries, Tata Infomedia, Swati Chem Ltd, United Bleachers Ltd, Mahendra Pumps Ltd, and many others.
During this lecture, Mr. Kesavamurthi spoke about his personal experiences in the jewelry and oil industries. His experiences covered multiple projects conducted across different organizations in India. He emphasized the importance of understanding one’s consumer before embarking on different marketing endeavors.
