SJIM inaugurated the I PGDM Batch 2021-23 virtually on 26th July 2021. The program started with an invocation song by the college choir. The Director of the college Rev. Dr. Manoj D’Souza welcome the gathering and introduced the chief guest of the day Mr. Bidhan Roy, who has over 20 years of IT industry management experience in the Asia Pacific region. Bidhan’s experience spans across areas including business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning as well as partner lifecycle management and general management.

Mr Bidhan Roy congratulated the students for making in to SJIM and urged to remember 6 important things in their life. He said a student should have a True North / Purpose / Calling for Self and Help others, should have a sense of Responsibility, look for vulnerability and authenticity in whatever task they do, should always be curious to learn, and Have Fun! Make sure every day counts and try to challenge yourself and your peers daily. Embrace one another’s passions. Absorb everything. And above all, have fun.

During this program two students from the batch of 2021-23 shared their expectations. The program concluded with the vote of thanks.
