The Feast of St Ignatius of Loyola was celebrated on 1st of August 2018. The Chief Guest for the day was Rev. Fr. Swebert D’Silva, Director St. Joseph’s College of Law. The event started with the Prayer song followed by the lighting of the lamp. Fr. Swebert D’Silva then addressed the gathering with an insightful message. He insisted on four important points. Every Josephite should keep in mind -to excel in everything that you do; to wisely choose what is right; to have a kind heart towards all people; to commit yourself in everything that you do and to never give up in life. The Feast celebrations continued with programs put up by the students depicting the life of St. Ignatius. The celebrations concluded with the prize distribution for the winners of arm wrestling competition which was held last week. The winners were Lipsa Jena (I PGDM) and Linson Benny (II PGDM). The event ended with the Vote of thanks and the college anthem.
