St Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM) appoints Dr. Rajagopalan as the new Dean. Dr. Rajagopalan holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior, with over thirty years of academic experience, including over eighteen years of over-seas academic experience. He succeeded the Dean Dr. R. Narasimhan and formally took over on August 1, 2021.

Prior to this, Rajagopalan has worked in higher education institutions in Dubai, Singapore,Malaysia, Zimbabwe and Ethiopia, the last under the UNDP scheme, teaching Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management and other management-related subjects. Rajagopalan is actively involved in student-activities in creating leaders for tomorrow’s business and corporate world, by involving them in undertaking meaningful initiatives in their chosen academic fields.

In addition to academics, Rajagopalan has also been a regular trainer for reputed institutions like L & T, Landmark Group, Department of Petroleum, Government of Nigeria, etc., in the fields of organizational Behavior and human resource management, conducting management development programs and supervisory development programs, as much as in curriculum development.
