On 1 st February 2020, SJIM conducted a leadership workshop for the Warrant Officers of the Air Force Technical College (AFTC), Jalahalli, Bangalore. There were over fifty officers from various levels in the hierarchy. Each of them brought a different experience to the workshop because of their own individual location-based experiences from across the country. The purpose of this program was to share management and leadership frameworks to help officers of the Indian Air Force become more effective in their organizational and team-building endeavors.

The program started with the lighting of the lamp by the Commandant, AFTC, followed by a short inaugural talk. Thereafter, Dr. Caren Rodrigues (PhD, IIM Bangalore) and Dr. Anup Krishnamurthy (PhD, IIM Bangalore) conducted sessions related to situational leadership, self-awareness through the Examen, and managing stress in the workplace. All sessions were driven through interactive exercises and participant discussion.
