We are delighted to welcome Fr. Dr. Daniel Fernandes SJ as the Rector of St. Joseph's Institutions, Vice-President of Bangalore Jesuit Educational Society and Vice-Chairman of the Governing Council of St Joseph's Institute of Management (SJIM), Bengaluru.

Fr. Daniel brings an extensive wealth of experience in the field of education. He has previously served as the Principal of several esteemed Jesuit-run institutions in Bengaluru, including:
St. Joseph's College (Autonomous)
St. Joseph's Evening College (Autonomous)
St. Joseph's College of Commerce (Autonomous)

His last assignment was as the Principal of St. Joseph's College, Hassan. Specialized in Kannada Folklore, Fr. Daniel has also been an active member of the boards of various educational institutions and universities. He has also written several books and articles and presented papers at conferences.

Known for his gentle demeanor coupled with a professional touch, Fr. Daniel has significantly contributed to the growth and development of the institutions under his guidance. We are excited to see the continued progress and excellence at St. Joseph's Institutions with Fr. Daniel at the helm.
