Ms. Neha Phull is an Internationally Certified Life and Executive Coach, accredited by the Certified Coaches Alliance. She brings over 15 years of experience in people development and team building. Ms. Phull's expertise includes advising on talent management, hiring processes, learning and development, and fostering growth-oriented cultures. She has worked both within organizations and as an independent consultant across various domains, including analytics, product development, and technology. Her qualifications include certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programmer Practitioner, CCA-certified Life and Executive Coach training from Symbiosis in the United States, and an MBA degree. Ms. Phull has also authored a book on personal growth titled 'Conversations with My Mind.'
