SJIM hosted an insightful guest lecture on “Integrating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Strategic HRM” led by Ms. Tina Vinod, Founder and Chief Consultant of Diversity Simplified. With over two decades of experience in the DEI field, Ms. Tina has a successful track record of implementing diversity and inclusion strategies on a global scale. As a former leader at Thought works, she has spearheaded transformative DEI initiatives that drive employee engagement, social impact, and inclusive workplace practices.

During the 90-minute session, Ms. Vinod engaged first-year PGDM students in a discussion on the significance of embedding DEI in HRM strategies. She shared her experiences in designing HRM practices that foster inclusivity, equity, and positive social change. The session offered valuable insights into the role of DEI in strategic HRM, inspiring students to adopt and promote these practices in future roles.
