On 4th July 2025, 33 PGDM students from the 2024–2026 batch of St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM), Bangalore, had the enriching opportunity to visit SEG Automotive India Pvt. Ltd., a leading global manufacturer of starter motors and generators.

Accompanied by faculty members Dr. Nazia Zabin Memon, Dr. Komal Jennifer D’Souza,and Mr. Chandrakanth (PRO), students gained first-hand insights into advanced manufacturing processes, automation, quality control, and safety practices in a world-class production environment.

Special thanks to Mr. Niranjan, Mr. Nagabhushan, and Mr. Manoj for their warm hospitality, in-depth explanations, and guidance throughout the visit. Their efforts made complex industrial concepts accessible and engaging, especially for students from non-technical backgrounds.

This visit strengthened the bridge between classroom theory and real-world application, reinforcing our commitment to experiential learning and industry-academia collaboration.
