SJIM hosted its annual HR Conclave 2025, themed “Navigating the Future of Work: HR as the Architect of Transformation.” The event brought together leaders from diverse industries to deliberate on the evolving workplace dynamics and the pivotal role of Human Resources in driving transformation.

The discussion was centered around the transformative role of AI and technology in recruitment and employee management. It dealt with the rise of the gig workforce and the need for flexible yet secure work arrangements. It emphasized human-centric leadership, focusing employee well-being and organizational growth.

Moderated by Yogeshwari and Ajith Nair, the conclave encouraged active participation from SJIM’s first-year PGDM students, fostering a vibrant exchange of ideas. The conclave underscored the importance of innovation, adaptability, and robust HR policies to navigate the future of work.
