In early October 2024, Dr. Rajagopalan had the privilege of being a guest lecturer at FH Joanneum’s Kapfenberg Campus in Austria, engaging Master’s students in the Energy & Transport Mobility program. His series of lectures covered essential topics in Strategic Management, with a special focus on Cross-Cultural Management—a vital area for today's globalized industries.

The sessions were enthusiastically received by a diverse group of students hailing from Austria and various countries, including Mexico, Lesotho, Swaziland, Morocco, Algeria, Italy, and Germany. Dr. Rajagopalan’s interactive approach and real-world insights fostered an enriching exchange of ideas and perspectives across cultures, deepening students’ understanding of global management strategies.
