St. Joseph’s Institute of Management hosted the HR Conclave 2025 on 23rd August 2025 at the Loyola Auditorium, centered on the theme “Together We Thrive – Humanising Work through Diversity & Inclusion.”
The event brought together eminent leaders who shared their perspectives on embedding empathy, collaboration, and inclusivity in workplaces. The conclave featured inspiring keynote sessions by:
• Mr. Roy C. Thomas , (Deputy Director & Head of Diversity & Inclusion at NASSCOM Foundation) – Building equitable spaces in the tech sector.
• Ms. Madhuka Das, (Global Inclusion & Belonging Lead)- Flagship Initiatives at Wipro – Embedding DEI into organizational systems and driving impact.
• Ms. Neeraja Ganesh, (Leadership Trainer and Coach)- Storytelling, networking, and mentorship through Trailblazers.
• Ms. Rajarajeshwari Subramaniam, (Head of Finance, Mobility Division at Siemens) – Authentic leadership and self-awareness in finance.
The highlight of the conclave was a dynamic panel discussion moderated by Ms. Navya Kishore and Mr. Kim Fenwick, encouraging actionable strategies to humanise work. Students and professionals actively engaged in a lively Q&A, making the session interactive and insightful.
The event concluded with felicitations, a vote of thanks, and closing remarks, leaving participants motivated to champion diversity and inclusion in their academic and professional journeys. The Event was organised by the Faculty Coordinator Dr Nazia Zabin Memon and Student Coordinator Ms. Renita.
