St. Joseph’s Institute of Management organized an insightful guest lecture on Managing Digital Campaigns on 28th November 2025 at the Loyola Auditorium. The session was delivered by Mr. Prithvi S, Alumnus of SJCBA/SJIM, Director Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at Exalogic Consulting, who shared valuable perspectives on the principles, practices, and strategic importance of digital marketing analytics in today’s dynamic business environment.
He provided an in-depth overview of web analytics, explaining data collection, interpretation, key metrics, and the tools used to assess campaign performance. The lecture also covered essential Marketing KPIs, including awareness, engagement, conversion, cost efficiency, retention, and channel effectiveness—helping students understand how campaign success is measured in practice.
Mr. Prithvi also walked students through the process of designing and executing a digital campaign, covering stages such as objective setting, audience segmentation, research and positioning, strategy formulation, channel planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
The session concluded with a discussion on the future of digital analytics and emerging trends shaping marketing strategies. The interactive lecture witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, making it an enriching learning experience that strengthened their understanding of digital campaign management.
