St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM) organized a guest lecture on “Practical Perspectives on B2B Sales and Marketing” by Ms. Barkha Sharma, Marketing & Digital Strategy Consultant and Co-Founder of Sekura. The session aimed to bridge academic learning with real-world business practice, offering students valuable exposure to contemporary B2B marketing dynamics.

Ms. Sharma highlighted key differences between B2B and B2C markets, emphasizing strategic thinking, trust-building, long-term value creation, and stakeholder alignment. She discussed how B2B organizations navigate complex buying processes, manage multiple decision-makers, and design strategies for sustained growth.
