A Faculty Development Program (FDP), conducted by Fr. Olvin Veigas SJ, was held on 27 May 2024 for the teaching faculty of various Loyola Institutions in Pannur-Manvi, Raichur. The one-day online program saw the participation of over 100 educators from multiple institutions including Loyola Pre University College, Loyola Degree College, Loyola School (State Board), Xavier School (CBSE), Loyola Social Work Centre, and Loyola Kapepaladi Primary School, Pannur. The session aimed at equipping faculty members with innovative educational strategies and enhancing their teaching methodologies.

The FDP was highly interactive, with participants actively engaging in discussions and Q&A sessions. The real-time interaction facilitated a dynamic exchange of ideas and provided participants with practical solutions to common educational challenges. The sessions were well-received and appreciated for their relevance and depth. The program underscored the commitment of Loyola Institutions to fostering academic excellence and professional development among its educators.
