SJIM hosted a thought-provoking guest lecture for its Business Ethics students, featuring Mr. Kumail Kirmani, Chief Mentor at Wise Owl Edu. The session, titled “Ethical Marketing Combined with Cooperative Governance and Morality,” delved into the intricate balance between ethical business practices and effective governance.

Mr. Kirmani emphasized the importance of moral integrity in marketing strategies and the role of collaborative governance in building sustainable organizations. The engaging talk left students with valuable insights into fostering ethical decision-making in the corporate world.

Mr Kirmani, an alumnus of St Joseph’s Indian High School and St Joseph’s College of Commerce, was awarded “Icons of Bharat Award by NDTV in 2022” for his valuable contributions to startups. Fr Olvin Veigas SJ, faculty at SJIM organized the lecture as part of the welcoming back the alumni to the campus with a purpose.
