The students of Section C from the first-year PGDM Business Ethics class at St. Joseph's Institute of Management had the privilege of attending a guest lecture delivered by Mr. Abey Zachariah, an esteemed official with ONDC, former Co-Founder and CEO of Goodbox, and former VP at redBus. The session was both inspiring and insightful, offering a rare glimpse into the life and experiences of a seasoned entrepreneur.
Mr. Zachariah’s lecture, titled “My Journey as an Entrepreneur,” delved into the various facets of entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on the values that have shaped his career. He began by sharing his personal journey, from his early days as a visionary entrepreneur to his successful ventures in the corporate world.
Mr. Zachariah highlighted the importance of thinking outside the box and being creative in solving problems. He shared anecdotes from his time at Goodbox, emphasizing how innovation can lead to groundbreaking solutions in any industry. Success doesn’t come easy, Mr. Zachariah reminded the students. He spoke candidly about the challenges he faced and how hard work and determination helped him overcome obstacles in his entrepreneurial journey.
