St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM) hosted an inspiring lecture and interactive session, "The She Force: Viksit Bharat", organized by the Women Cell (Internal Complaints Committee-ICC). The event featured Prof. Preeja Shridhar, a renowned Trainer and Organizational Development Consultant, who shared her expertise on gender equality, personal safety, and the POSH Act, 2013.

Through thought-provoking examples, case studies, and relatable analogies, Prof. Shridhar emphasized the value of diversity, collaboration, and awareness in fostering a safer and inclusive environment. Practical strategies for self-safeguarding and conflict resolution were shared, leaving attendees empowered and better equipped to navigate workplace challenges. The session was highly appreciated for its engaging approach and actionable takeaways, reinforcing SJIM’s mission to champion equality and respect. Dr Jessy Nair, faculty and in charge of Women’s Welfare at SJIM organized the event. The event took place on November 23, 2024.
