This is a hands-on workshop to help companies understand DEI metrics, measurement and its impact on ROI. The resource persons are well known practitioners and researchers in the area of DEI. Tina Vinod, the anchor resource for this workshop, brings with her years of experience leading DEI initiatives at Thoughtworks. Dr. Nazia Memon brings current research in DEI to this workshop. She has actively worked with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in developing a gender diversity index for Indian companies.
