SJIM hosted an engaging Service Design Workshop led by Prof. Abraham, faculty at SJIM for Marketing and guest lecturer Manoj Kumar A G, Director of Research & Design at KOKO Labs. Students explored holistic and user-centric service design through hands-on activities, including creating Service Blueprints and analyzing real-world services.

Using the SJIM canteen as a case study, they identified service gaps, ideated innovative solutions, and presented impactful recommendations. The workshop highlighted the importance of rethinking service processes to enhance user experience.
