St. Joseph’s Institute of Management hosted the Business Analytics Conclave 2025 under the title “Redefining Possibilities: Generative AI's Role in Shaping the Future of Business Analytics.” The event brought together industry leaders and AI experts to explore the transformative impact of AI on business analytics.

The panelists, including Mrs. Stuti Agarwal (AVP, Citi), Mr. Shiva Prakash (CEO, SurfAI Solutions), Mr. Barun Kumar De (Principal Data Scientist, Bosch), and Mr. Navin Manaswi (CEO, Wowexp Technologies), engaged in a dynamic panel discussion. Key takeaways emphasized AI as a tool for assisting human decision-making and analytics as the medium to transform data into actionable stories.

The event also showcased innovative Capstone Project Presentations by second-year students, covering real-world applications such as Retail Pharmacy optimization, IPO trends, and Hedging Strategies.

Prof. Rajendra Desai, faculty coordinator and Mr. Shiva Deb, student coordinator of Business Analytics domain organized the event. PGDM students Mr Ainesh Ray and Shubhajith moderated the session elegantly.
