St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM) organized an enriching industrial visit to Rittal India Pvt. Ltd. A group of 32 students along with faculty had the opportunity to explore the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Doddaballapur, where they witnessed automation, quality control, and sustainability practices in action.

From advanced sheet metal processing to precision quality testing, the visit provided deep insights into modern IT enclosure manufacturing. The interaction session with industry experts further helped students understand real-world applications and career opportunities in the sector.

Such experiences are pivotal in bridging academic learning with industrial expertise, ensuring students step into the corporate world with confidence and knowledge. The industry visit took place on the 20 th February 2025.
