Prof. V J Lawrence, faculty in the department of Operations of SJIM gave a session at the FDP conducted by the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluruon the 20th of March 2024. Prof Lawrence spoke on "Leadership Skills Training at Workplace." The general theme of the FDP was "Mastering Leadership Agility in Digital Economy".
