Junior Leader and Delegate, Research sub-group, Management division, Economy of Francesco 2020-21 Economy of Francesco 2020-21 Commissioned by Pope Francis, this one-time, international, multi-religious, council-style event aims to create and promote a new global economic model. My research proposal regarding how the COVID-19 pandemic presents an opportunity to transform Human Resources Management (HRM) practices was chosen as the research-related contribution of the management sub-group to the Economy of Francesco. Subsequently, I was chosen as one of twelve “Life Economists” from among participants across all subgroups to present proposals that would “help the world move forward” through the Economy of Francis.
6th place world-wide in the 2018 Peter Drucker Challenge Peter Drucker Society Europe and Drucker Institute USA 2018 Awarded for my positional essay titled, “Teaching Organizational Behavior to Indian B-School Students in an AI World”, Vienna, Austria.
