Mr. M R Arulraja

Mr. M. R Arulraja holds a Master’s degree in Economics, and another Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management; an M Phil in Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Law degree. He is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Besides a short stint of four months as Chief Executive Officer, Virutcham Microfinance Private Limited, Madurai, Mr Arulraja had been a Corporate Manager for four years, successively heading the Training Departments in two Companies in Bangalore. The Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh had engaged him as Consultant Trainer at its apex training institute at Hyderabad for five consecutive years.
As a freelance training consultant, he has 25 years of experience in training educators, students, managers, government officials, leaders of rural communities, cooperatives, and rural development professionals. His training focus is on transformation beyond psycho-cultural barriers.
Mr Arulraja has authored several articles and books. Notable among them are the books: “Jesus the Dalit – Liberation Theology by victims of untouchability”, “Achieving Rural Development using Neuro-Linguistic Programming” and an NLP based Training Manual “From Poverty to Prosperity” published by the International Labour Organization (ILO).
Arulraja is currently teaching "Business Ethics" and "Business Law" at SJIM.
